Developer: DriftLynx Technologies
App: TESSAR IX · Identifier: dev.tessarix.game
This policy explains how DriftLynx Technologies handles information in the current version of TESSAR IX, a mobile arcade game.
TESSAR IX does not require an account, send gameplay records to the developer, or include advertising or analytics tracking. Tutorial completion is saved on your device. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Information handled by the game
The game does not ask you for your name, email address, telephone number, or other account information. It does not collect your location, contacts, camera images, or microphone recordings. The current version has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, purchases, online leaderboard, or developer-operated cloud save service.
Gameplay input and results are processed on your device. Scores, session statistics, and sound, vibration, and control preferences are held in memory for the current app session and reset when the app process restarts. The game reads your device’s Reduce Motion preference to adjust title-screen animation; this setting is not sent to the developer.
Local storage and deletion
The game saves a tutorial-completion flag in local app storage so the introductory tutorial does not repeat after a restart. This flag does not identify you and is not sent to the developer. Bundled artwork and audio may also be cached locally to run the game.
You can remove local app data by clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, or deleting the app and its data on iOS. Device backup or restoration features may preserve or restore app data according to your operating-system settings and provider’s policies. We do not operate a server containing your gameplay records or an account-deletion service because the game has no user accounts.
Sound, vibration, and device access
The app uses your device’s audio output and optional vibration to provide game feedback. You can turn these features off in Settings. It does not record sound or request camera, contacts, or location access for gameplay.
Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell, rent, or share gameplay information with advertisers or data brokers. The current store version does not include developer-operated gameplay telemetry or crash-reporting uploads.
Google Play, Apple’s App Store, and your operating system may process information when you download, update, back up, or use device services, under their own policies. Opening this policy in a browser is separate from offline gameplay. The policy is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to provide and secure the website. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
Support messages
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you send. We use that information to respond to your request, investigate reported issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Our email provider processes messages to deliver this service. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements. Please do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Security
Local game data is kept within the app’s device storage and handled using the operating system’s app-storage protections. We limit use of support information to the purposes described above. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The game does not request age or personal information from players, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information through a support message, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the game’s data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current policy. Any future introduction of accounts, advertising, analytics, purchases, or cloud features will require an updated description of those practices and any necessary notices or choices.
